Yes. Numbers are placed relative to how the page appears on screen, so they stay in the corner you chose even on rotated pages.
Numbers are placed in the margin at the position you choose. If your page has content very close to the edge, try a larger margin or another position.
Each file can be up to 100 MB, and up to 300 MB in total. Because the work happens on your device, very large files depend on your available memory. A desktop browser handles them best.
