Reporting a problem

You do not need to send your file. Because nothing is uploaded, we could not see it anyway. These details help most:

• Which tool you were using, and the address of the page.
• Your browser and device, for example "Chrome on Android" or "Safari on iPhone".
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead, including any message shown.
• Roughly how large the file is and how many pages or images it has.

Suggesting a tool

Tell us what you were trying to do and where you got stuck. Tools that can run entirely in the browser, without uploading files, are the easiest for us to add.
