How it works
- Add a photo or scan of your signature.
- Leave the size at 140 × 60, or change it.
- Check the preview, press the button and download the resized signature.
Fit a scanned or photographed signature into exactly 140 × 60 pixels, the size some application forms require. Nothing is cropped or stretched, and it never leaves your device.
Files stay on your device. Free, with no sign-up.

A signature is wide and thin, so cropping it would cut off strokes and stretching would distort your handwriting. Here it is scaled to fit, centred, and any spare space is filled with white.
For the cleanest result, sign with a dark pen on plain white paper in good light, and crop the photo close to the signature before you resize.
No. Signature fields expect a white background, and the exact size is what the form checks. The margins only make up the difference in shape.
Use a dark ink pen on white paper and photograph it flat, in daylight, without shadows. If the file also has a size limit, run it through Compress Image to 20 KB afterwards.
No. It is scaled without distortion. If the shape of your picture is different from the target, the tool either crops the edges or adds white margins, depending on the page, so faces and lettering keep their proportions.
Yes. After resizing, run the result through Compress Image with the size limit your form gives, for example 50 KB. Doing it in that order gives the best quality.
No. Everything happens inside your browser, on your own device. Your files are never sent to a server, and you can confirm that in your browser's network tab. Close the tab and they're gone.
Each file can be up to 100 MB, and up to 300 MB in total. Because the work happens on your device, very large files depend on your available memory. A desktop browser handles them best.
